Similar to a Swedish Massage, a Deep Tissue or Sports Massage concentrates on specific areas of tightness or injury. Great for golfers and skiers alike. Tailor the massage to your specific needs by letting the therapist know where it hurts.

Maine Stone Bodywork

A massage with hot, naturally polished stones found on the northern beaches and local rivers of Maine. A deeply relaxing massage, the warm stones smooth out tension and melt tired muscles.

SCRUBS & BODY POLISH

Scrubs are great for exfoliating and moisturizing. All of our scrubs are made in small batches for your treatment. At the time of your appointment choose the type of scrub and aroma.**Do not shave the day of a salt scrub.**
