Owning at the Bethel Inn Resort
Since 1988 the resort has offered the opportunity for ownership, now with 53 competed luxury condominiums and nearly 2,000 participants in our Vacation Ownership program.
Vacation Ownership: This program offers interval ownership of luxury townhomes at a very affordable cost.
Your ownership entitles you to enrollment in the RCI program which allows you to trade among RCI’s 4000 vacation properties, world-wide.
Townhouse Ownership: We are now offering for sale the last three  luxury units which will be constructed in the Millbrook complex on the first hole of the golf course and just steps away from the Main Inn Building.
These Townhomes offer two or three bedrooms, fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs, a large living/dining area and outdoor deck overlooking the golf course and cross country ski trails.
Participation in the Resort’s rental program is optional but can offset much of the costs of ownership, even during owner usage by virtue of lock-out bedrooms which can be rented separately  Owners may also be enrolled in the RCI trading program.
